Shipping rates vary with the weight and destination. The rate can be calculated on our checkout page.

We deliver across Australia using Sendle and Australia Post.

Orders are processed within 48 hours.

Country:  5 business days

Sending Interstate: 
5 – 10 business days

Delivery of alcohol is garnered by specific laws and cannot be accepted by a minor (<18 yrs old) or left in a public space.

REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy our wine, please return unopened bottles to us at Suite 1, 2 Lingard Street, Merewether 2291 and we will refund you for each bottle returned, no questions asked.

If you received a delivery with bottles broken in transit please contact us promptly, within 48 hours of delivery, for us to address the problem. A photo of the problem will be helpful. At our discretion the wine will be replaced or refunded.

PAYMENTS

We accept Stripe, Visa and MasterCard for wine payments.

priVACY polICY

Brycefield Estate is our private residence and we take your privacy seriously. We never share your contact details with anyone. We have no partners in this venture. If you use credit card, we do not record or store those details.
